A page export is a sample of accessible content, not the entire subreddit or every reply tree. Private, quarantined, blocked, or unrendered content is not unlocked. Reported comment counts and captured comment bodies can differ.
Understand where the data goes.
Collection runs in your browser and does not upload scraped posts to a backend server. The extension does not ask for your Reddit password or log in on your behalf.

Can I export Reddit search results?
Yes, the documented workflow supports Reddit posts search views as well as community feeds. Keep the query and selected sort with your research notes.
Is CSV a paid feature?
No. The current listing includes both CSV and JSON without a license key or subscription.
Does it retrieve every comment?
No complete reply-tree guarantee is made. Optional top comments and detail enrichment depend on access and retrieval. Preserve partial or unavailable comment status in your analysis.
Can I resume later?
The extension supports continuing saved scrapes. Confirm the target and saved data in the popup before continuing.
How is this different from the Apify actor?
The extension works with visible community and search pages. The separate actor supports a dated archive workflow with its own source coverage, input contract, and pricing. Choose based on the dataset you need.
